Jubo Computer Student Foundation (JCSF)
An organization approved by the Department of Youth Development of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Its registration number is 45/2023, and it has been working for six years, initially at the area-based union level with various trainings including chicken, vegetable farming. Now work has been started on information technology ICT projects throughout Bangladesh.

1. Project Title

Joint ICT Initiative for Unemployment Reduction at Union Level

A Collaborative Project between Jubo Computer Student Foundation (JCSF) of Bangladesh

2. Background & Rationale

In the modern digital era, sustainable development is not possible without creating skilled human resources in Information and Communication Technology (ICT). At the union and rural levels of Bangladesh, access to ICT education remains limited, resulting in widespread youth unemployment.

To address this challenge, Jubo Computer Student Foundation (JCSF) has launched the EUCT ICT Project aimed at expanding ICT education, developing skilled computer teachers, and creating employment opportunities nationwide.

3. Implementing Organization

Jubo Computer Student Foundation (JCSF) is a youth-oriented educational organization working nationwide to promote ICT education, skill development, and employment creation.
 

4. Current Project Status

- Total Upazilas in Bangladesh: 495

- 17 Upazila branches are already operational

- Standardized training curriculum and trainers are ready

5. Project Mission & Objectives

- Develop 30,000 skilled computer teachers

- Reduce unemployment through ICT-based employment

- Provide free freelancing training

- Ensure computer education for all
